we offer a warranty on all of our products for 1 year. we do not offer extended warranty.
our warranties cover manufacturing faults. any faults caused by poor care of products will not go under our warranty and we will not exchange.
information on care of your beds can be found on the national bedding federation website.
if there is an issue that you are not sure what the cause is we would require a full explanation including exact item description, what the fault is, when the item was purchases and images to back up your claim and these will be dealt with as soon as possible.
any faults in the fabric fitting of the bed need to be reported straight away, if they are reported 7 months after purchase we will have to assume these came from poor care of your items.
